How Remote Support Works
If you’re having a tech issue and need help, the first step is simple: send me an email with a description of what’s going on. The more detail you can provide upfront, the quicker I can jump in and help resolve the issue. Once I’ve reviewed your message, I’ll respond with available time slots and set up a remote session that works for both of us.
When we connect, I use a secure, 256-bit encrypted connection to access your system. This level of encryption is the same standard used by banks and financial institutions, which means your data is safe during the session. I take your privacy seriously—any personal or sensitive information shared during the session stays between us. I never sell or share your data, period.
Billing Information & Session Details
Remote support is billed at $2 per minute, with a 30-minute minimum per session. This time includes any work done before, during, or after the session—such as reviewing your issue over the phone, researching solutions, and performing the remote work itself.
At the end of the session, you’ll receive an email invoice summarizing the time spent and the total due. A secure payment link will be provided for you to pay by credit card, unless we’ve agreed to a different payment arrangement in advance.
